I trust craigslist. I meet the person, look at the bicycle, then I can decide if it is what was advertised. I can tell you horror stories about some_lame_domain name here |dot| com having a picture of a unicycle and when you order it you get a tyre and a piece of metal with some instructions on how to make a Unicycle!
It is always caveat emptor.
I use the Yahoo! Frecycle alot now.

The Lynd property gives free apartments to employees and at some of there upper end apartments it 50% off.

If you check today’s (Sunday) paper in the classifieds under “apartment help” you’ll see ads for office workers and housekeeping. If they don’t mention in the ad that you get a discount, you can call the number and ask (don’t tell them your name so that way when you fill out and app they won’t think that’s the only reason your looking for a job.) about a discount.

Good luck! And don’t forget you can always find a roommate where your part of the rest is only a couple of hundred dollars a month.

E Do not blame the crime wave on immigrants! I live in the Manchester area, and it is not the case from what I see on a day to day basis. In my local are they are the ones working hard, bringing up their families etc…..Do not resort to scapegoating!

Seems to be the Norm these days, since when did crime become so acceptable??? since Labour introduced cut backs??? since the country opened its floodgates to the whole world????

Do people not care enough to stop crime from happening anymore????

Gone to the dogs??? me thinks so!

I am fro Manchester and know some of these areas, and many more that didn’t even appear in this list!

Well, u have good neghborhoods and bad.. If u want good ones try right outside Memphis..(still part of Memphis)..Covington, Germantown..Bartlett These places are a laittle more expensive but for the most part, a lot safer.. Stay away from W Memphis area.. Are u wanting to live by the college or mall or where.. Most complexes will require at least 1 year lease..
