Hello,
I have a NTSC PsTwo(the slim one) modchipped when bought and a Pal television .I have used many kinds of ntsc – pal converters.most of them dont work and the ones which works makes light colors brighter .so its tough to play games. My friends told me that Ntsc-pal property depends upon a single wire in the Ps2 motherboard , changing it can make the ps2 into a Pal system. I have then googled about it and found out this wire changing stuff works.But no website has detailed info or help on it.It would be helpful if you can give me a link or give a detailed help on how to change this wire.

I have been scouring all of the apartment search websites, but it is so hard to know which places are decent and which aren’t. I will be moving there this summer and am trying to do some research up front.

I’d really like to hear from people who currently live in Memphis and have personal experience with various complexes. I am hoping to stay under $ 800 per month.

How could they be selling trailers to people with that low of score.
Could the trick merely be just a super high interest rate?
Is it that simple?
Last year they had a sign 100% financing on your land.

My husband and I are seriously looking at moving to Denver. Now, we’ve actually never been there, so looking to go for a weekend visit in mid-June. We unfortuntatly don’t know a soul there, but that’s not stopping us! With that, I wanted to pose the following questions:

1. Hiking: We would like to spend Saturday visiting the mountains and g go for a hike. Where should we go to do this? Would we be able to just park and get out to go hiking? About how far and from which direction is it from downtown?

2. Rental Properties: We were thinking of doing some rental property window shopping on Friday. If we wanted to live near water/rivers, what area should we be looking in? We’re 30 somethings with 0 kids, so we don’t want to be too far from the city center. We researched the LoDo area, but other suggestions (even if not near water) would be helpful.
