I am looking to buy products from China to Re-sell in Uk & Europe, does anyone have any ideas or advice?

As a Real Estate Agent and due to the decline in property sales here in Spain I am looking for a new direction, possibly (import/export), and see China as a huge expanding market and opportunity. Does anyone have any experience or advice on a product, or would you like to join me in pooling ideas, and maybe a joint venture? If the idea exites you please reply.

Are there any interactive maps that also double up as property searches?

I am looking for a house to rent yet am very picky in the areas i would like it. It is becoming very time consuming to click each property then viewing the little map next to it.

Does anybody know of any interactive maps that has all available property pinpointed on it so that i can search just for the exact areas i want?

Can you tell me where to get free donations of building supplies for families to help with home repairs?

This summer our community and school will have volunteers to do home repairs for three families with children. These homes are in need of doors, windows, cabinets, lights, fixtures, etc… We have recieved insulation but we have a long way to go with other materials. Many of these homes are old and in need of repair. We have little housing available in our rural community.

I bank with RBS and they say they will charge me £20 and the beneficiary will be charged upon recieving the payment. As it is only a £100 deposit this seems a little steep. Any advice?

What permits do you need for a yurt in san diego county?

I have my own land.
I would like to try and build a yurt on the property.
All I could find out is that if the roof area is 120 sf or less, I dont need a permit.
however, the yurts I have seen for sale range from 16 ft to 30 ft.
If I went with one of these sizes, what permitting would have to be done if I live in San Diego County?
This question (aside from the specified county) seems to have come up a lot in the “Answers” data base. But the answers given were vague, and basically said “check your local laws” Well, I went the San Diego County website and found nothing on Yurts whatsoever. Are they just considered a “temporary” structure, or what? What if I set it up to live in (water, electricity, etc.)?

I want to build my own real estate website using my domain name, what rules or policies do I need to know? ?

I got my real estate license so I can sell my own house that I flip. I rather use my own domain name but I need to know what real estate rules and regulations if there are any.
I have a broker who is my mother in law, she is 75 years old and she’s unaware a t this point about internet stuff. I am licensed under New Jersey.
